The turbo high-speed garage door is an industrially designed door with high technology. This type of door adopts a lightweight double-layer aluminum alloy door panel. The thickness of a single layer is only 0.7 millimeters, but the total thickness reaches 40 millimeters, enabling it to withstand strong winds of up to level 12. The running speed of the turbo high-speed door is extremely fast, exceeding 0.6 meters per second. The control effect is achieved through devices such as PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers), frequency converters, and encoders. The design of this door combines five core technologies, among which the most important is the turbo suction design, which makes the door combine smoothly with the track during the ascending process, realizing rapid operation.

PRODUCT FEATURES

• The Archimedes spiral track technology is adopted, featuring the lowest entrance resistance, the least friction, and the fastest rolling speed.
  

• Transmission Adjustment System: The load-bearing bearings are automatic core-adjusting bearings with a self-adjusting function, which effectively ensures the consistency and smoothness of the transmission and also provides sound insulation and noise reduction.

• A servo motor with precise positioning is used. The motor is designed with overload and overcurrent protection functions. It can quickly respond to the opening and closing signals and various safety protection signals given by the control system, ensuring safe and reliable operation. A customized braking system is adopted to ensure that when unexpected situations occur during the operation of the door body, it can effectively stop and ensure safe operation.

• Light Curtain Device: Using sensing technology, with a 1.48-meter light curtain. When the door body encounters an obstacle during the descending process, it will quickly stop descending and rebound to the open position, making it safe and reliable to use.

• Bottom Safety Airbag: The soft bottom edge at the bottom of the door panel has a protection function. When the bottom of the door body touches an obstacle, it will immediately rebound to the open position, effectively protecting the safety of the operation and avoiding safety damage to personnel and vehicles.
